Dwight Moore, Ph.D. - Executive Consultant

Dwight is a seasoned industrial psychologist and an Executive Consultant with Leadership Worth Following, LLC.  Dwight has been involved in maximizing job satisfaction and productivity since 1982. As an industrial psychologist, he blends scientific knowledge and almost three decades of consultation experience with corporate leaders. His areas of deepest expertise include the assessment of executives, coaching, succession planning, team-building, and broader organizational development interventions.  

Dwight received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, his M.A. from Michigan State University, and his B.A. from Colgate University. He has served as an examiner for the College of Psychologists in Vancouver, and is a member of the Society of Industrial Psychologists (SIOP) and the American Psychological Association (APA). He is a licensed psychologist in the state of Washington.
