Dale Thompson is a licensed psychologist, seasoned business executive, and Founder and CEO of Leadership Worth Following, LLC. He has over twenty-five years of experience in helping growth-oriented companies, both large and small, address critical talent-related issues. These issues include top leadership selection and succession, key talent evaluation and development, and strategic human capital planning. His most recognizable clients have included prominent global firms such as Wal-Mart, Texas Instruments, and Boeing, as well as dynamic domestic companies such as Advance Auto Parts, 7-Eleven, H.E. Butt Grocery Company (H-E-B), Neiman-Marcus, PetSmart, USAA, and Valero Energy.

Dale received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota; and is a recipient of the prestigious 2004 RHR International Award for Excellence in Consultation given annually by The Society of Consulting Psychology (SCP) and The American Psychological Association (APA). He is the Past-President (2004-2005) of The Society of Psychologists in Management (SPIM); and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Goolsby Leadership Academy at the University of Texas-Arlington. He has been affiliated with The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and the I/O Psychology Program at The University of Texas – Arlington.
