Jane Hansen, Ph.D. - Co-Founder and Senior Vice President

Jane Hansen is the Co-founder and Vice President of Leadership Worth Following, LLC. She brings over 18 years of experience applying knowledge of psychology and business to the talent selection and development needs of organizations. Jane works with executives across a variety of industries and businesses including high technology, computing, retail, and insurance. She has extensive experience coaching leaders who want to develop high-impact leadership skills.

Jane received her Ph.D in Experimental Social Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Her M.A. and B.A. in Psychology are also from SMU. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and is past president of the Austin chapter of ASTD. Jane has published articles on the subjects of interpersonal perception and social interaction.
