John L. Reed PhD, MBA – Executive Consultant

John is an Executive Consultant and the Houston-based affiliate of Leadership Worth Following, LLC. John has 20+ years of experience in senior management, consulting, executive assessment and executive coaching. He previously held positions in the strategy and change management practices of Accenture and in the public sector practice of CGI. Formally trained in both business management and corporate psychology, John works primarily with senior to mid level executives in organizations in the energy, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, health care, information technology, chemical, utility, food and spirits, retail and not-for-profit sectors in the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe.

He holds a BA in political science from Dartmouth College, an MBA in management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an MS in psychology from Georgia State University, and a PhD in psychology from the University of Georgia. John is a licensed psychologist and holds executive coaching certifications from the College of Executive Coaching and the International Coach Federation. He serves on the boards of the Society of Psychologists in Management and the Foundation for the Advancement of Psychology in Management.
