Laura Gately, PhD - Executive Consultant

Laura is an Executive Consultant and a North Dallas Affiliate of Leadership Worth Following, LLC. She has worked with CEOs, Executives, Leaders, and High Potentials in high-tech, research, manufacturing, transportation, service, and healthcare industries. Laura has helped clients with professional growth, personal re-engagement, relationship improvement, transition integration, derailment recovery, and team enhancement. Laura has worked with Executive teams in designing succession and performance management systems. She has trained teams in conflict management and effective communication. She has conducted leader and team assessments and facilitated team meetings. Prior to her work as a Consultant and Psychologist, Laura worked in sales and customer account management for over 10 years. During this time, she established and managed a successful distribution company.

Laura has an MA and PhD in Psychology with a minor in Diverse Populations from Texas Woman’s University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. Laura is a licensed Psychologist in the state of Texas. She is a member of the APA and the SCP. Laura has been trained in Mediation from the Conflict Resolution Center.
